Experience life as a Navy sailor sailing the high seas right here in sunny San Diego when you visit this U.S.S. Midway Museum, one of America’s longest-serving aircraft carriers. Explore 60 different family friendly exhibits like the climb-aboard airplane cockpits and the ejection seat theater. Discover the ship’s sleeping quarters, galley, engine room, bridge, and more with a convenient self-guided audio tour. Check out the cool restored aircraft collection or get a thrill of a lifetime aboard the exciting flight simulators. Trained docents are available to share personal stories, answer questions and help you enjoy your stay. The U.S.S. Midway Museum is open daily from 10am-5pm. Tickets are $10-$19 each, depending on age. Active Military members and kids ages 5 and under enter free. Getting to the U.S.S. Midway is so easy, since it’s situated in San Diego Harbor, just 5 miles from the Best Western Seven Seas!
