Best Western Skillet
Seasoned potatoes, sautéed bell peppers, diced red onions and ham. Topped with two eggs any style and baked with plenty of cheddar cheese.

Seven Seas Skillet
A delicate blend of crab meat, bay shrimp, and cod tucked into a three egg omelette. Covered with Sauce Newberg and baked with Monterey Jack cheese.

Machaca Skillet
A terrific blend of seasoned potatoes, shredded beef, scrambled eggs, and refried beans. Covered in Spanish sauce and baked with lots of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

South of the Border Skillet
Seasoned potatoes sautéed with Ortega green chiles, pico de gallo, and green onions. Covered with Ranchero Sauce and topped with two eggs any style, then baked with plenty of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

Croissant Breakfast - Your choice of meat - Ham, Bacon or Sausage - with fluffy scrambled eggs and plenty of melted cheddar cheese, all on a fresh croissant. Served with hash brown potatoes and fresh fruit.

Six triangles dusted with powdered sugar, served with syrup.

Apple Fritter French Toast
A whole fritter split in half, dipped in our special batter and grilled to perfection, with two strips of bacon or two sausage patties and hash browns.

Eggs and Omelettes

Made with country fresh eggs, served with hash browns and your choice of toast, biscuit or english muffin. For omelettes, we will substitute eggs with "Egg Beaters" upon request.
